Changes to maintenance contracts

Site maintenance responsibilities have changed with the revision of the maintenance contract effective 1/4/07. Changes have been made to access and reporting for users affected by this. If you find your settings are incorrect please contact support@pbesystems.com with any queries.

Site System Upgrades

Sites are being upgraded to comply with the latest Helpdesk specification. Direct access to sites for Engineers using Remote Desktop will be unavailable briefly as sites are upgraded. Please contact support@pbesystems.com with any queries.

Essential Maintenance

The system will be unavailable for a short time on Tuesday 12th December 2006 due to essential maintenance. All site alarms will be stored and displayed when service resumes.

The Mowlem Helpdesk is live

All Centrica sites have been enabled for alarm transmission to the Mowlem Helpdesk. Alarms will be forwarded to Mowlem Regional Engineers who have the responsibility for acknowledging alarms through the web page. If there are any queries please contact support@pbesystems.com

Blythe Valley Park BMS Interface

The remote monitoring system at BVP is not currently connected to the BMS. There are no plans to restore this connection so do not expect to see any BMS alarms on the helpdesk

Gould Street and Stockley Park go live

The alarm transmission systems at Gould Street Manchester (PME) and Stockley Park Uxbridge (Nationwide) have been enabled. These sites will be transmitting live alarms. Maintenance contractors should respond to these alarms as required.

Newbridge Lane and Millstream go live

The alarm transmission systems at Newbridge Lane Stockport (PME) and Millstream Windsor (Nationwide) have been enabled. These sites will be transmitting live alarms. Maintenance contractors should respond to these alarms as required.

New Centrica Alarm Web

This is the new Alarm Web interface and will soon be logging all CORMS site alarms.
